Ensure monthly training calendars are created and published for the VRM teams by the Partner L&D teams
Create and share dashboards for all stakeholders
Delivering training sessions by self as per plan
Ensuring logistics for trainer availability, physical and virtual session balance and schedule adjustments based on availability of subject matter experts
Support the NTM-ABCDL on CSE training deliveryKRA2Team Capability BuildingConducting TTT workshops for the VRM Partner L&D teams / trainers
