The Team Manager, Usage Billing, Billing & TPA is responsible for leading staff from usage billing team, providing leadership and expertise to their team, meeting targets for compliance and service levels, connect with compliance team for Quarterly Audits and achieving relevant role-based performance objectives.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Handles client relationship during product and service fulfilment. 
• Raises and resolves concerns during the fulfilment timeline. 
• Partners with customer fulfilment departments throughout the lifecycle of the project. 
• Contributes to process and work improvements viz BPI, collaborative teams, and standard methodology sharing.
• Ensures data quality, completeness, timeliness and service metrics are met.
• Handles team management activities, monitor performance, timely feedback, mentoring & coaching.
