:To prioritize projects in discussion with Product Manager / Key Account Manager (Sales) Guide team members for Product / shade development, Modification as per Customer requirements.Guide Subordinates for formulating the products. Interact with Regional / Global Technology / Product Management for Technology updates.To support manufacturing, QC for alignment batches & Problem Solving Provide Customer Support for Product Launch, Problem solving, Process improvement.Presentation to Customers on New Products / Technologies To work in CFT for Customer complaints / Issue resolution To interact with RMT for introduction of new Raw Materials.To generate & implement VMI and IE reduction ideas. To mitigate RM supply issues by providing suitable alternates.To maintain 5S in Laboratory & office area. Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.To keep updated on latest Paint / Application Technologies in related business segment.
