What does the job look like?

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Team Manager to lead our PM Inbound operation at our Truganina site. In this role, you’ll build a strong, transparent team culture underpinned by trust, and lead with visible safety leadership. You will coach, develop and performance manage your team to ensure we deliver consistent operational outcomes and a positive work environment. Key areas:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing inbound team to deliver daily operational plans safely and efficiently.

  • Role model strong safety leadership and ensure compliance with site, customer and Linfox standards.

  • Build a culture of trust and transparency that supports open communication and engagement.
