What You'll Do
Team Leadership
Manage, coach, and develop a frontline team
Drive daily performance across KPIs, SLAs, QA, and productivity
Conduct 1:1 coaching, huddles, and performance reviews
Operational Excellence
Ensure compliance with SOPs, workflows, and sweeps‑specific processes
Monitor dashboards to identify trends and implement improvements
Support player safety, responsible gaming, and risk‑aligned workflows
