Description Location : Hove Salary : £34,800 per year Hours : 37 per week What youll be doing: Southdown is a key delivery partner within the Lighthouse service, working in partnership with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to provide a specialist Tier 3 mental health service for adults experiencing complex emotional and relational needs. As Team Manager, you will lead a team of Recovery Specialists to deliver structured and recovery-focused support within a safe, psychologically informed environment. Youll work closely with NHS colleagues to ensure coordinated, person-centred care and positive outcomes for those accessing the service.
