To bridge the gap between management and frontline workers, focusing on safety, production targets, and quality control.

Requirements
- Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) is essential; a Production/Operations diploma is advantageous and or a certificate in mechanical or electrical studies is beneficial.
- Experience: 3–7+ years in production or plastic manufacturing (specifically LDPE, BOPP, or similar).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding plastic granulation, washing lines, or extrusion processes.
