About the Opportunity

At PMHC, every employee plays a part in delivering positive outcomes for our community. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tree Team Leader to join our Vegetation Operations Team.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will supervise and support a small team delivering operational arboriculture services across Council’s diverse public tree network, helping maintain safe, healthy, and liveable public spaces.

On a typical day, you will:

• Lead and support the arboriculture team in delivering tree maintenance works
• Plan and allocate daily tasks across parks, reserves, roadsides, and other Council land
• Undertake tree pruning, removals, inspections, and hazard assessments
• Coordinate plant, equipment, materials, and traffic control requirements
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and Council procedures
