- Lead a specialist team delivering high-quality private tree and landscape assessment services.
- Drive positive customer experiences through proactive engagement, professional advice and the timely resolution of tree and landscape assessment enquiries, supporting applicants and stakeholders throughout the development assessment process.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve coordinated, efficient and high-quality development assessment outcomes.
- Champion best practice in tree and landscape assessment, promoting continuous improvement, sustainable development, protection of the urban forest, and robust, defensible assessment outcomes aligned with Council's planning objectives.
