Coco Market in Toronto, ON is looking for one team leader to join our small but mighty team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing the store with the sales associates
• Ordering & inventory management to ensure a balance between cash flow and sufficiently stocked shelves
• Lead, train, and mentor the retail team to ensure exceptional customer service & organization. Scheduling.
• Build strong customer rapport through providing personalized product guidance, resolving issues, & following up on purchases
• Manage and optimize store performance, meeting sales goals and KPIs.
