The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.
  • Responsible in achieving sales target through telesales team performance management and proper lead distribution
  • Manage a team of telesales through coaching, lead distribution, performance management and strong leadership.
  • Supports the management team in collecting data managing leads and providing insight
  • Data Analysis in order to review and optimize telesales conversion rate and sales
  • Achieve sales targets through strong leadership and maximizing team output
  • Conducts interviews, manages agent probation, performance and continuously improves conversion rates.
