About the Role

The Team Leader provides support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing the daily retail store operations. This role involves supervising, training, and motivating store associates, as well as handling operational tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and supervising store associates, providing guidance and support.
  • Responsible for store merchandizing, shelf stocking and boxingand unboxing dailyshipments.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Conducting managers on duty tasks: making sure dailybreaks, time and attendance are taken.
  • Implementing and maintaining visual merchandizing standards based on company strategy.
