About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and motivated Team Leader to join our supportive team working in greater Launceston.
In this role you will lead a team of Support Workers who work with clients to improve their daily lives and achieve their individual goals.
About the team
Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team provides support in a variety of accommodation types, including shared living and independent living options. They also provide support in a clients’ own home where required.
In this role you will:
- Monitor and prepare reports about client progress, quotes and plan reviews, as requested
