Team Leader – Dollarama Stephenville

This role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise store associates, providing guidance and support.
- Manage merchandising, shelf stocking, and shipping/unboxing daily shipments.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Conduct manager‑on‑duty tasks (breaks, time, attendance).
- Implement visual merchandising standards.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
- Perform cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
- Participate in inventory processes and employee training.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and contribute to hiring and performance management.
