Team Leader – Dollarama Stephenville

This role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise store associates, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage merchandising, shelf stocking, and shipping/unboxing daily shipments.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards.
  • Conduct manager‑on‑duty tasks (breaks, time, attendance).
  • Implement visual merchandising standards.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
  • Perform cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
  • Participate in inventory processes and employee training.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and contribute to hiring and performance management.
