Team Leader (Sorting) – Permanent, Full-Time on Afternoons

Our Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity available for a permanent, full time Team Leader on our afternoon shift in our Sorting department at our Thorold Distribution Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the department group leader and team members while also carrying out book handling tasks efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.

Main responsibilities:

• Working afternoon shifts (5 shifts per week) as assigned, arriving on time and ready to work. This role requires a Tuesday to Saturday schedule and a regular 3:30 p.m. start time for preparation before the 3:45 p.m. shift start. Shifts run until 12:15 a.m., with additional time required as needed at the end of the shift to complete Team Leader responsibilities based on business needs
