Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CSR experience in any US Solar account
• At least 6 months Team Leader experience (BPO or Solar industry preferred)
• Salesforce experience is a strong plus
• Sales experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills
