• 1 year full-time fixed-term opportunity

• Lead a newly established service delivery team to transform the student experience by supporting both complex case management and operational service delivery

• An exciting leadership opportunity to drive service excellence, lead change, and deliver positive outcomes for students across the student lifecycle

• Must be available for 5 days a week on-campus work across multiple Sydney campuses as well as across the University seasonal break period

• Base Salary $117,133 + 17% superannuation
