Key Responsibilities Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor team KPIs (quotes, conversions, retention, upsell, cross‑sell). Implement sales strategies to increase policy uptake and profitability. Conduct daily stand‑ups, coaching sessions, and performance reviews. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents. Manage attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies. Motivate and mentor agents to maintain high morale and productivity. Identify skills gaps and implement targeted development plans. Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, TCF, and company policies. Oversee call quality, scripting adherence, and disclosure requirements. Manage complaints and escalations in line with regulatory standards. Track and report on sales metrics, conversion ratios, and pipeline health.
