Position: - Team Leader (Sales)- Only Female 

Product: - Secured & Unsecured Loan Roles and 

Responsibilities  Should have Exp in Sales Process. 

 Set clear team goals and KPIs.  Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.  Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.  Do regular performance evaluation.  Create a health and motivating work environment and atmosphere  Should know about KRA, and Data Management. 

Requirements 

Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor Good PC skills, especially MS Excel  Excellent communication and leadership skills Organizational and time-management skills Decision-making skills  Immediate joiners preferred.
