Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Team Leader - Thai based in Pasig. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of professionals while ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing regular feedback, achieving project targets, and facilitating effective communication between team members and management. The role also entails mentoring team members, creating strategies for process improvement, and maintaining strong customer relationships by effectively addressing client needs and concerns.
