Job Description
- Lead a team responsible for meeting customers expectations.
- Ensures ongoing performance meets established guidelines and conducts annual performance reviews.
- Facilitates resolutions to an assortment of problems and escalations that are moderately complex in scope.
- Ensures all service levels are met per client expectations.
- Ensures appropriate staffing levels and facilitates allocation of work
- Contributes to business growth and efficiencies.
- Interfaces with clients to identify and resolve ongoing issues.
Job Requirements:
- With a minimum of 3 years of BPO experience Team/Supervisor.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- At least 2nd year College
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
