Key Responsibilities
- Data Custodian: Own, manage, and maintain end-to-end recruitment data, trackers, and databases for the TA team, ensuring 100% data accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Reporting: Design, develop, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly TA dashboards, performance reports, and funnel analytics (TAT, source mix, cost-per-hire, open positions).
- Analytical Insights: Analyze complex data sets to identify recruitment trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Database Management: Write complex SQL queries and commands to extract, manipulate, and structure data from underlying ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and internal databases.
