  • EHS & Quality Compliance: Ensure all shift activities strictly comply with ISO 1, ISO , and ISO standards, while adhering to company health, safety, environment, and security policies.
  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise, audit, and coordinate shift-based technical teams (Mould, Electrical, or Mechanical) to ensure proper maintenance execution, safety discipline, and 5S compliance.
