Develop and implement strategies merchant acquisition across various market segments * Source, generate, close, and activate new merchants * Lead and manage a team of direct sales executives to drive daily productivity and target achievement * Coach and mentor the team on merchant onboarding, activation, and relationship management * Plan and execute local promotional and market penetration activities to increase visibility * Track team performance, ensure discipline, and drive consistent results * Travel extensively within the assigned city to build and expand the merchant network * Achieve assigned sales, installation, and activation targets
