Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of electrical network projects within the 0.4‑20 kV voltage range.
• Maintenance and repair work, ensuring profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and safety.
• Personnel management—well‑being at work, skills development, and employment issues.
• Active oversight of subcontractors and partner activities.
• Contribute to pioneering collaborative alliance models for new electrical network construction and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Relevant electrical engineering education and experience in electrical network contracting and supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
