Job Description

Are you an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader with a strong background in campaign management, back-office, and ticketing operations, ideally within a BPO environment?

HRS: This role will operate between 9AM-7PM (Eastern Time 4PM-2AM) with 2 weekends per month (days off in the week to compensate).
As a Contact Centre Team Leader / Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and managing campaigns across back-office and ticketing functions, ensuring high standards of service delivery within a healthcare and patient support environment.
