Elevate MEDFAR's customer service as the Technical Support Team Leader in Montreal. Oversee a team, enhance user satisfaction, and coach for success in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Level 1 and 2 support agents
  • Assign and track daily tasks for the team
  • Facilitate team development and coaching
  • Coordinate with developers on technical resolutions
  • Document departmental procedures and knowledge

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of MYLE is essential
  • 3 to 5 years in customer support leadership
  • PC software mastery and knowledge of SQL
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
