Elevate MEDFAR's customer service as the Technical Support Team Leader in Montreal. Oversee a team, enhance user satisfaction, and coach for success in a dynamic environment. In this pivotal role, you will manage and mentor a team responsible for resolving technical issues related to the MYLE software.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Level 1 and 2 support agents
- Assign and track daily tasks for the team
- Facilitate team development and coaching
- Coordinate with developers on technical resolutions
- Document departmental procedures and knowledge
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of MYLE is essential
- 3 to 5 years in customer support leadership
- PC software mastery and knowledge of SQL
- Fluent in both French and English
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
