Job Description
- Managing a large team of sales enthusiasts.
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies & programs to capture key demographics.
- Building & promoting healthy, long-lasting relations with existing & new dealers.
- Understanding their needs and requirements and convincing them to participate in the live auctions.
- Managing monthly targets for selling vehicles to the channel partners.
- Addressing requirements and escalations.
- Following up for dealer tokens and full and final payments.
- Regularly coordinating with the operation team to ensure dealer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
- Acting as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all dealers regarding their requirements and escalations.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience in sales
- Graduation degree
- Good verbal communication skills
