Job Description
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives
- Drive sales targets for residential/commercial projects
- Plan and execute site visits, client meetings, and closures
- Handle high-value clients and assist the team in deal closures
- Train, mentor, and monitor team performance on a daily basis
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and campaigns
- Maintain MIS reports, sales pipelines, and conversion data
- Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales coordination
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and inventory
