Team Leader - Frames & Crushing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our Frames & Crushing operation in Manurewa. This newly created role is responsible for a critical operational area supporting both manufacturing and recycling activities across the business. You will be a hands-on leader who provides guidance, coaching, and support, set and manage production priorities, and focus on safety, production efficiency, throughput, continuous improvement, and accurate operational reporting.
