Process SME Expectations: should possess deep process expertise, guide the team, identify improvements, and ensure best practices. People Team Leader Expectations: Team Leaders should lead and develop the team, oversee performance, provide feedback, and align with organizational goals.

Acquire expertise in the design and coordination of label creation and modification processes at 3M manufacturing and distribution locations, including understanding procedures, responsibilities, policies, and systems.
