Job Description

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Team Leader) for our Oriented Strand Board (OSB) manufacturing site in Englehart, Ontario. Our building products business produces DensGlass® gypsum board, DryPly® plywood, and RESI‑MIX® wood adhesives among others.

Our Team

The Shift Supervisor will lead a team of up to 25 production and maintenance associates to achieve production, quality, safety, and reliability goals. The role may involve day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts in a noisy, non‑air‑conditioned or unheated plant environment.

  • Lead a wood products production team to work injury‑free and incident‑free in a continuous manufacturing process.
