Position: Shift Supervisor (Team Leader)

Georgia‑Pacific is hiring a Shift Supervisor (Team Leader) for the Oriented Strand Board (OSB) manufacturing site in Englehart, Ontario.

The role leads a team of up to 25 production and maintenance associates to achieve production, quality, safety, and reliability goals in a continuous manufacturing environment. The supervisor may work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a wood products production team to work injury‑free/incident free in a continuous manufacturing process.
• Supervise and coordinate production efforts that improve EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production, and costs.
• Facilitate team development, employee skill development, problem solving, and resolution, and hold employees accountable.
