Partnering with the Customer Service Manager, your role as Team Leader is integral to inspire and develop our service and selling team to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations. Lead and motivate the team to develop creative ways to drive sales targets as well as ensuring our customers receive personal attention by creating an exceptional in-store experience. 

This role is also a great opportunity to accelerate your retail career and further develop your leadership skills that will provide you with the confidence to become a future member of the Myer store management team.

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including fortnightly weekends.
