Team Leader, Deployed Operations

The Team Leader, Deployed Operations, leads and manages DCC’s deployed operations program. The incumbent demonstrates proven construction and infrastructure management and supervises the delivery of DCC services to support overseas infrastructure projects for the Client‑Partners, in particular the Canadian Joint Operations Command (CJOC), Canadian Forces Joint Operational Support Group (CFJOSG), 1 Engineer Support Unit (1 ESU) and the Task Force Engineering Team in each overseas location.

Key and Periodic Activities

• Manage, track and report on all overseas programs, including those for CJOC, CFJOSG and 1 ESU
• Manage and review list of deployed employees and track all pre‑deployment activities
• Participate in procurement planning and assist with statement of work reviews and discussions related to deployed operations
