Process: International BPO – Enterprise Client

We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader with International BPO experience to lead, coach, and drive performance for an enterprise client process. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO
  • Current/previous designation must be 'Team Leader' (on paper)
  • Experience handling Voice or Blended processes
  • Excellent communication and people-management skills
  • Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts
