  • Fuel and Utilities Differential: $7,375
  • Total Annual IPA: $19,590

  • Environment Allowance: $2,278
  • Living Cost Differential: $5,051
  • Fuel and Utilities Differential: $4,425
  • Total Annual IPA: $11,754
