We are looking for an experienced Business Development Team Leader to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team while driving significant business growth for the company.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers.
- Recruit, train, and develop new sales professionals.
- Drive new client acquisition and expand the company’s IB network.
- Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
- Develop regional sales strategies to increase market share.
- Work closely with senior management on business expansion initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of Forex/CFD industry experience.
