  • Work with databases (SQL, Oracle, PLSQL) to identify and fix data related problems
  • Utilize Linux commands and scripting for system monitoring and issue resolution
  • Analyze production issues and coordinate with vendors for patch management and ensure patches are applied as per guidelines
  • Maintain detailed documentation of changes and fixes implemented in production
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure system stability and performance
  • Participate in incident management and root cause analysis
