Team Leader

Job Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the café team. This role ensures high-quality service, adherence to standard operating procedures, and efficient workflow. The Team Leader also trains and guides staff, manages schedules, coordinates with suppliers and management, and ensures customer satisfaction in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operational Management
   • Prepare and submit monthly operational and performance reports.
   • Develop and manage the shifting schedule for the entire café team.
   • Coordinate with Airport Management regarding schedules, operational concerns, and compliance requirements.
   • Ensure proper handling, storage, and delivery of products in coordination with suppliers.
