The Team Lead is responsible for providing tactical leadership to assigned team in the fabrication / manufacture of products in accordance with standard work and manufacturing processes while maintaining company core values and safety standards. This Team Lead role is leading the weekend shift with our Circular Products (CP) Sauk Rapids Team.
