Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader – Collections to manage a team of collection agents and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of collection strategies, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining compliance and customer sensitivity.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collection agents to achieve monthly recovery targets.
Monitor daily performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Allocate accounts and ensure timely follow-ups on delinquent accounts.
Handle escalated cases and negotiate payment plans with customers.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., legal, customer service) for resolution of complex cases.
