About you

Essential talents and qualifications:

  • A Master’s or PhD in Learning & Development is preferred, or alternatively, a similar degree paired with equivalent expertise gained through relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in defining and implementing an instructional design approach within a larger organization, including establishing processes for the creation of training materials and assessments throughout all phases of the instructional design lifecycle.
  • Experienced team manager, leading a group of at least five team members.
  • Strong people management and communication skills that enable you to easily connect with team members, senior managers, and stakeholders
  • The capability to make well-informed decisions, using input from your team, and to effectively communicate those decisions to management and stakeholders.
