TeleTech Holdings, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Team Lead, Service Delivery to guide a on-site team across locations including Cebu, Lipa, Pampanga, and Sta. Rosa. You’ll motivate your team to meet metrics and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, you’ll coach, resolve escalations, manage attendance and payroll, and use client tools to keep operations running smoothly. We value empathy, collaboration, and continuous development.
