As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the security team. Key functions include preparing shift schedules, conducting training sessions, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support security staff on shift
• Prepare and manage shift schedules for effectiveness

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License is essential
• Minimum of 18 years of age
