Role Summary
The Team Lead, Revenue Associates will lead the strategic deployment, development, and performance of Revenue Associates across the Americas region. This role is responsible for driving commercial impact through a standardized operating model, ensuring associates are effectively supporting revenue origination, sales execution, and client retention activities. The team lead will serve as both a performance leader and talent developer, accountable for delivering measurable revenue outcomes while building the next generation of commercial leaders for the organization.
