Responsible Gambling Team Lead: Manage and maintain a 24/7 Responsible Gambling Team, supporting responsible gambling delivery across Super Group’s online gaming platforms.

Responsibilities Leadership: Lead by example, motivate the team, conduct monthly team meetings, manage succession planning, handle roster and leave. Onboarding and Development: Conduct onboarding, probation sign‑off, provide feedback, mentoring, coaching, rewards, and recognition. Performance Management: Support team development goals, monitor KPI benchmarks, conduct QA checks, report trends, drive performance reviews. Workload Management: Monitor shift plans, manage refunds, provide live support, ensure SLA benchmarks, log incidents. Stakeholder Management: Build rapport with internal and external departments, act as a subject matter expert on responsible gambling and customer welfare.
