- Lead and grow the React Native team: set clear expectations, support individual development, mentor through code reviews/pairing, and provide actionable feedback.
- Own mobile domains end-to-end (features + technical areas): architecture and solution design, development, QA, shipping, monitoring, and long-term maintenance.
- Design, build, and maintain iOS/Android features in our React Native app, ensuring correctness, scalability, and a great user experience.
- Drive technical direction and architecture: lead discussions and make decisions that ensure long-term maintainability, performance, and reliability.
- Continuously improve app quality: speed, stability, UX, and engineering best practices through performance tuning and pragmatic, high-leverage improvements.
