The candidate supports the Amazon Now Program team by executing operational workflows, maintaining program trackers, and performing structured data analysis to enable timely decision-making. This is an execution-heavy role with growing ownership — the individual follows established processes, surfaces operational risks through data, coordinates with cross-functional teams on defined deliverables, and contributes to continuous mechanism improvement
Key job responsibilities
1. Execute recurring program workflows (tracker updates, milestone follow-ups, compliance checks, vendor coordination) with accuracy and adherence to defined timelines
2. Perform structured data pulls and analysis to surface trends, flag deviations, and support root cause investigations led by senior team members
