Job Description
Responsibilities •Overall responsible for the full E2E life cycle of the Change Management processes.•Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Change Requests, to include ticket updates, coordinating approvals and dealing with queries and issues that may arise.•Produce daily and weekly reporting as required to support the Change Process.•Chair change advisory board meeting on and produce supporting documentation.•Oversee and lead direction for assigned IT processes utilizing the ITIL framework.•Review and govern the ITSM tool team for assigned ITIL processes to ensure alignment and data quality.•Coordinate reporting of assigned ITIL process metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and perform in-depth analysis.•ITIL v3 Foundations certification required.•Interact with other technology and engineering leaders to ensure optimal Service operation and performance occurs.
